Homestead-Miami Speedway isn’t directly served by regular public transit, so most fans choose to drive, use rideshare services, or stay at nearby campgrounds. Still, there are several convenient ways to reach the track even if you don’t plan on driving yourself.
Bus
Long-distance operators such as Greyhound, FlixBus, and RedCoach run regular services into the Miami metropolitan area. Most routes stop at Miami Station or the downtown/Brickell area, which is roughly a 35–40 minute drive from Homestead-Miami Speedway. From there, fans usually continue by taxi, Uber/Lyft, or a rental car.
Services arriving from Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Key West, and cities across the Southeast (e.g., Atlanta, Tallahassee) make Miami one of the easiest Florida destinations to reach by long-distance coach.
Local Miami-Dade Transit buses do operate throughout Homestead, but no local route serves the Speedway directly. The closest practical stops are in central Homestead along US-1, from which you must continue by rideshare or taxi.
Train
Miami does not currently have passenger rail service that connects to Homestead.
For fans travelling from outside Florida, or from farther within the state, several additional options make reaching Miami straightforward:
